My stay at Hotel Vijoya International was disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cracks, damages, and unclean bedding. Toilets were unclean with a pungent smell, and there were too many mosquitoes around. The breakfast quality was subpar, especially the fruits, and food service was slow. Given the hefty price, the experience was not worth it.
Though the staff and management are polite, well-mannered, and helpful with services, the overall condition of the hotel needs serious improvement. Wouldn’t recommend unless things get better.

I booked a group trip with this hotel and paid a 15% deposit in advance to hold my room. I was told that if I canceled my trip at least a month in advance, I would receive a full refund. Since I unfortunately was not able to travel after all, I canceled around six weeks in advance. The hotel got back to me and asked for my bank account information so they could refund my deposit. I sent this information right away. I never heard back from them again. I wrote several e-mails asking if the money had been transferred, but they never responded. In my last e-mail, I told them I would be forced to give them a bad review if they didn't respond and let me know when the money would be refunded. They still never responded, so I assume they just don't care. I waited a bit longer as international transfers can take a while, but it never came. Now it's clear they have no intention of refunding my deposit. Since this was a longer trip, the deposit was a significant amount of money. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy, so beware!

I liked the location, The food was average not good not very bad but not worth the money, it didn't meet the expectations. The location is good, easy beach access, well maintained pool and garden area, but the people at the front desk are not very good at management. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to management. Food taste can be improved, people at the front desk are very confused when billing.

hotel vijoya international puri is a total case of forgery. they are not more than a lodge.when they reach the prooerty the actual rooms very poor and low standard. i booked three days two rooms at vijoy and when i checked in i had to immediately check out as the deluxe rooms promised where like lodge rooms. i lost my rupees.
